Greyhounds do not always react as well to anaesthetic as other breeds. Are you willing to find a vet who is aware of this and sympathetic to the individual needs of the breed?

Extendable/flexi leads are not suitable for sighthounds and should never be used due to the speed they can build up in a short distance which can cause serious injury both to the dog and handler. Would you be happy agreeing not to use a flexi/extendable lead
